Who is responsible for your information?

Shayan Faheem SEO is the trading name (DBA) of Muhammad Shayan Faheem LLC. Muhammad Shayan Faheem LLC operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, send an enquiry, or discuss services including SEO, AI search optimization, organic social media, WordPress development, and the AI Visibility Audit.

For privacy questions or requests, email shayanfaheemsk@gmail.com. This policy covers the Shayan Faheem SEO website and its enquiry process. Separate project agreements may explain additional arrangements for client work.

Information collected

Information you provide. The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a message about your project. You can also provide your website URL. The audit enquiry form asks for your name, email address, website, and information about your business, audience, and target locations. Competitors and visibility questions can also be included.

Correspondence and project information. Email conversations may contain contact details, project requirements, proposals, and other information you choose to share. Public information about a business, its website, and its competitors may also be reviewed when assessing an enquiry or preparing an audit.

Technical information. Website hosting, security, and form tools may process information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, error records, and form-interaction or anti-spam signals. This supports the operation and protection of the website.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through these enquiry forms. The forms do not contain payment card fields.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, assess whether a service is suitable, prepare proposals, communicate about requested work, and provide agreed services. Technical information supports delivery of website content, troubleshooting, and prevention of spam, misuse, and security incidents.

Relevant correspondence and business records may also be used to manage engagements, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Sending an enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Service providers and sharing

Enquiries are collected through WPForms on this WordPress website. Form notifications are sent through WP Mail SMTP using an authenticated Google/Gmail connection to our business inbox. Google processes and stores enquiry emails and related correspondence as part of providing its email service. Rocket.net provides website hosting and associated delivery and security infrastructure. Providers supporting hosting, email delivery, forms, backups, and website administration may process information as needed to provide those services.

Where a project requires another tool or access to your systems, the relevant access and information-handling arrangements should be established as part of that engagement. A request for an AI visibility audit does not require you to submit private customer records or account credentials through this website.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to a security incident. Links to external websites and social platforms are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress, form tools, and hosting or security services may use cookies, temporary tokens, or similar technologies for essential functionality, authenticated sessions, spam prevention, and security. Cookies used for administration can differ from those encountered by an ordinary visitor.

Advertising cookies and advertising pixels are not part of the current website setup. This policy should be updated if optional analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools are introduced, with any required choices provided before those tools operate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect some functionality. The website does not currently provide a separate automated response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or engagement, related follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Copies may also remain in email systems, logs, or backups until their normal retention cycles end.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, including HTTPS for website connections and access controls for site administration. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact email if you have a concern about information you have provided.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit an enquiry. Fields marked as required are needed to process that form, while optional fields can be left blank.

You can email shayanfaheemsk@gmail.com to ask about personal information associated with your enquiry, request a correction, request deletion, or ask that further non-essential contact stop. Include enough context to locate your information, but do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. Requests are assessed under applicable law, and reasonable identity verification may be necessary. Some records may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons. Where available, you may raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.

International visitors and children

This is a United States-based business. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where relevant service providers operate. Privacy laws can differ between locations.

The website and services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact the email above so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated when the website, services, or information-handling practices change. The ‘Last updated’ date identifies the latest version. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, that notice will be provided.
